Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Afooqgle bot ("the Bot"), its associated website, or any services provided through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or its services.

2. Service Description

Afooqgle provides Discord verification services, alt-account detection, server moderation tools, and related features, both on the free tier and through optional paid plans (including Premium access, per-server (Guild) Premium, and the Blacklist service). The Bot is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability. Some limits in the free tier are based on account age, membership duration, and per-IP usage.

3. User Obligations

• You must not use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the verification process.
• Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for their community.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or harm the Bot's infrastructure.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

Afooqgle collects and stores certain Discord account and device information to provide its services. This data is used exclusively for security analysis, fraud prevention, and server management. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Paid Services, Billing & Refunds

Some features are available through paid plans purchased via PayPal. By purchasing a plan you agree to the following:

• Payment is handled by PayPal under PayPal's own terms; we do not store your payment card details.
• Access is granted for the duration purchased (a set period or lifetime, as shown at checkout) and begins immediately upon confirmation of payment.
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once access is granted, no partial or full refunds are provided for change of mind, unused access, or server moderation decisions.
• We do not provide refunds for server removals, bans, or terminations that occur due to misuse or violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features for future purchases at any time. Existing purchased access continues for the duration granted unless terminated in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not resell or redistribute purchased access without our prior written consent.
• Payment disputes or chargebacks on purchased access may result in the withdrawal or suspension of that access.

6. Limitation of Liability

Afooqgle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of access, data, or server membership.

7. No Guarantees

Alt-account detection is based on heuristic analysis of available data. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. False positives and false negatives may occur. The Bot is a tool to assist moderation, not a replacement for human judgment.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Bot at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to block access to the Bot or its website for any user or server that violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour.
